From the first time I took a system to Maksys, I have been completely satisfied with the their service and professional attention. Mark at Maksys is the THE `goto' guy for anything I might need concerning my systems. NO one touches them but Maksys now! |

Posted By Nick Wansink on 10/10/08 10:41 PM When my computer was infected with a virus, I contacted Maksys and dropped if off the next day. The next day it was ready to go, not only was the virus removed, but a complete tune up was done. My computer never worked better. I then experienced some problem with the flash drive and emailed Maksys for some advise, after trying some troubleshooting Mark had me drop the computer off. He found the problem right away and I had the computer back that same day, without an extra charge! Very professional - I would recomend to anyone. |

Posted By Marie Delbuger on 6/14/08 10:35 AM After the bad storm my computer would not turn on. I brought it to Maksys and they repaired it fast and wrote me up an appraisal for my home insurance so that I will be reinbersed for all costs. My lifesavers. |

The last computer I brought in just a couple of weeks ago, runs better than it did new! It's fast and clean! Thank you! |

When I got it back all my pictures and important files were still there and the computer was working beautiful. The last place I borught my PC to erased all my files and didnt even fix my problems. I recommend Maksys to everyone. Fast service and he was extremely kind and helpful. 2 Thumbs up. |

Every time that we bring our computer in with a problem, it is fixed quickly and not only fixed but they take the time to answer all questions and explain what was done to the computer. If I could afford it, I would take out a full page ad in the Syracuse Newspaper and tell everyone about Maksys Computers - THEY ARE THE BEST. |

Posted By John on 2/28/08 03:02 PM I had my computer to another place in the area recently and I dont know if it is because I am a old man or dont know to much about computers but the guy tried to rip me off. A few days later a friend of mine from mexico told me about the good luck they had with a place maksys. I took my system to them and they fixed it in under 2 days for about $120 cheaper than the other guy. I recomend them highly. |

I called MAKSYS for advice and my computer was fully functioning within an hour from his over the phone tutorial. Not only did he save my computer and everything in its memory, he also saved me from the expense of a new pc. Thanks MAKSYS |

Posted By Angela Skellington-Bice on 2/19/08 09:59 PM My computer all of the sudden crashed, couldn't get it to boot, and nothing was backed up. My mother in law suggested I bring it to Maksys. Boy, am I glad I heeded her suggestion. My hard drive was bad and after three days of scanning and repairing my hard drive, Jr. was able to recover all of my data, with exception to my email in Outlook - which was in the worst part of the hard drive. He kept me well informed and did all he could to recover my data. I am very satisfied and would suggest him to anyone who needs computer assistance. I now have a new hard drive and have 90% of my data back. Thank you so much for saving my data! Will definitely return for all my future computer needs. |

A data loss that I recently experienced due to a faulty hard drive was TOTALLY restored and my down time was only several hours. With good advice and in a few days, he had them both cleaned up and running well. His service was quick, and very good. He answered all the many questions I had, and made me feel , I could ask any more That came up. I am well satisfied, and feel he is very technially competent. Art |

Posted By Alex on 2/11/08 12:16 PM I just found out about maksys recently from a friend. My computer was not working at all. I kept getting a error. I brought it to maksys and they fixed it same day for really cheap. I recomend them to everyone with computers that need them fix fast. |
